Refund Policy
KaizeNova Technologies – TEK2KAREER LLC follows all state laws and regulations regarding refunds.
- 7+ days before course start: 100% refund
- 1–2 months into course: 50% refund
- 3–4 months into course: 25% refund
- After 4 months: No refund
Refunds are processed within 14 business days.

School Licensure Status
KaizeNova Technologies d.b.a. TEK2KAREER is licensed by the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity (LEO) Proprietary Schools Section as a proprietary school.
Important Disclosure
The School is not accredited by a recognized accrediting agency. Credits earned are not transferable to accredited institutions. Completion of a program does not guarantee employment. Grade records and transcripts are retained permanently as required by applicable Michigan proprietary-school requirements. Other student records are retained for their legally required periods and ordinarily up to seven years, subject to institutional, audit, tax, contractual, workforce-program, and legal-hold requirements.
Complaint Procedure
If a student has a complaint, the following process applies:
- File a written complaint with the School’s administration.

By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the following:
- I have received and reviewed the Course Catalog and this Enrollment Agreement.
- I understand the Refund Policy, Licensure Status, and Complaint Procedure.
- I understand the School is licensed but not accredited.
- I agree to abide by the policies of KaizeNova Technologies d.b.a. TEK2KAREER.
