The school does not discriminate in admissions, instruction, employment, or access to

Complaint Procedure

Any student who believes they have experienced discrimination may file a complaint with

the School Director. Complaints will be handled promptly, confidentially, and in

accordance with the grievance procedures outlined in the Student Catalog.

Finance and Refund Policies

Tuition & Payment Plans

  • We offer affordable Halal Financing for tuition, helping you gain the technical skills needed for your profession.

  • A 50% deposit (or a minimum of $1,000) is required at registration.

  • The remaining balance must be paid for in equal monthly installments before course completion.

  • Flexible payment plans are available under specific and approved terms and conditions as defined in our Halal Financial Student Assistance Program (HFSAP) contract.

  • This payment structure ensures alignment with total course fees while maintaining flexibility and support for our students and clients.

Course Retake Policy

  • Students receiving a final grade of 75% or below in an approved course may retake the same course up to two (2) additional times at a discounted rate (up to 50%), subject to applicable policies.

  • Retakes must begin within six (6) months of completing the original course. Course substitutions are not permitted.

  • All fees and payments for the original course must be paid in full before eligibility for a retake session.

Refund Policy

KaizeNova Technologies LLC TEK2KAREER follows all MI State Laws & Regulations regarding refunds.

  • 7+ days before course start: 100% refund

  • 1–2 months into course: 50% refund

  • 3–4 months into course: 25% refund

  • After 4 months: No refund

Refunds are processed within 14 business days. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

2. Accessibility & Reasonable Accommodation Policy

Policy Statement

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and Michigan law, TEK2KAREER ensures that students with documented disabilities have equal access to all educational programs, services, and activities.

Students who feel their accommodation needs have not been adequately addressed may:
